Defective Products Only – Returns will only be accepted for products that are proven to be defective in material or workmanship. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
Proof of Defect – Customers must provide reasonable proof that the product is defective. This may include photographs, video evidence, or returning the product for inspection. AllyJ Tings reserves the sole right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective.
Reporting & Return Timeframe – Defective products must be reported within 15 days of delivery. Once approved, the product must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Store Credit Only – Approved defective product returns will be issued as store credit only, equal to the original purchase price (excluding shipping, handling, or other fees). No cash or credit card refunds will be provided. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase with AllyJ Tings.
Final & Binding – By completing a purchase with AllyJ Tings, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by this Return Policy. These terms are final, binding, and non-negotiable.
